Through stories, images and simple somatic and mindfulness tools, the audience will be invited to gently re-educate their gaze: from hypervigilance and overwhelm to a more grounded way of being present, where small things become anchors of meaning, connection and quiet joy.BioSerena Malaspina is a sociologist, somatic coach and content creator, and the founder and host of Essere Serena, a mental health and wellbeing podcast and community with over 350,000 listens.
